2022: King Zollinger supported the SDG Lab in Geneva in designing it next three-year strategy
The strategy support to the SDG Lab (www.sdglab.ch) included the development of a theory of change of the SDG Lab’s work and the development of a results framework with indicators and targets in order to measure progress in achieving expected results. The services of King Zollinger also included support in drafting the strategy document as well as the development of a monitoring plan.
