2013: King Zollinger reviewed the evaluation processes of the UN Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE).
The purpose of the review was to enhance the usefulness of ECE evaluation processes as strategic learning and management tools. The review looked at the evaluation processes and results emanating from those processes during the period 2005 to 2012. Different stakeholders, including UN Member States, the UN Office for Internal Oversight Services (OIOS) and other UN regional commissions were consulted as part of the review. Contact: Urs Zollinger
