2018: Contracted by OIOS-IED, King Zollinger assessed the quality of evaluation reports from across the UN Secretariat completed during the 2016-17 biennium.
Following similar assignments in 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2016, King Zollinger assessed the quality of 46 evaluation reports against 23 standards, extracted development results and identified good evaluation practices as an input into the OIOS-report to the UN General Assembly “Strengthening the role of evaluation and the application of evaluation findings on programme design, delivery and policy directives” (A/74/67 of 20 March 2019).
