2017: Urs Zollinger participated for the second time – after 2010 - in the peer review of the evaluation function of the Council of Europe (CoE).
The purpose of the review - headed by the Swiss Foreign Ministry - was to measure progress achieved since the establishment of the Directorate of Internal Oversight in 2010 and to provide advice for improvements that could be made in the central evaluation function and decentralised evaluations as well as the links between the two functions. The peers’ recommendations were shared with top management and CoE Member States.
