2015/16: Urs Zollinger assessed the partnership between the IFAD’s Independent Office of Evaluation (IOE) and the Swiss Agency for Development Cooperation (SDC)
The objectives of the review were to assess the results of the partnership as well as the opportunities and challenges in its implementation and to generate recommendations that could inform possible new partnerships between SDC and IFAD in the future. The review report outlines four possible venues for the future. The report is not public.
