2016: King Zollinger facilitated the mid-term review (MTR) of the Swiss Cooperation Strategy for the Horn of Africa (2013-2017)
The objective of the MTR was to review the accomplishments of the current Swiss Strategy Horn of Africa, as well as to assess its strategic orientations and implementation modalities in light of an evolving context. The MTR was expected to influence commitments until the end of 2017 and the orientation of the next strategy cycle. Support provided by King Zollinger included proposing the methodology for the MTR, designing and conducting a self-assessment-survey and moderating a three-day MTR workshop in Addis Ababa.
