2018: Alison King evaluated the UNFPA Women and Girls First Programme in Myanmar.
The Women and Girls First Initiative is being implemented in the conflict zones of Myanmar, including Rakhine. The initiative brings together sexual and reproductive health and rights, including the prevention of and response to gender-based violence. The evaluation used a combination of qualitative and quantitative, desk-based and participatory field methods for collecting and analysing information and data. The evaluation was conducted between June and October 2018 by Alison King (team leader) and Ye Swe Htoona (national consultant).
